CDL TOOLS SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to supported UK addresses.

Standard delivery costs £5.99 for orders below £50. Standard delivery is free for orders of £50 or more. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.

Our estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates.

DIRECT SUPPLIER DELIVERIES

Some products, including selected Sealey products, are dispatched directly by our suppliers. Items from one order may therefore arrive separately. No additional standard-delivery charge will be made solely because an order is split into separate consignments.

LARGE AND HEAVY PRODUCTS

Toolboxes, workshop equipment, compressors, lifting equipment and other large products may require pallet delivery, specialist transport, local delivery or collection.

If specialist arrangements are necessary, we will contact you before accepting or dispatching the affected product. You may accept the proposed arrangement or cancel the affected item for a full refund. We will not add an extra delivery charge after accepting an order without your agreement.

Pallet deliveries are normally kerbside unless agreed otherwise. Please tell us about restricted access before ordering.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until delivered into your possession or that of a person you identified to receive them.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS

Inspect deliveries promptly. If packaging is visibly damaged, take photographs before opening it.

Contact us promptly if goods are damaged, incorrect, incomplete or missing, quoting your order number and providing photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

DELAYS

We will take reasonable steps to notify you of significant delays. Events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery, but your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Consumer orders will normally be delivered within 30 days unless another period has been agreed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The online store is currently available for UK delivery only. International delivery must be arranged with us before ordering.
